CAN announces 14 member squad for ICC Under 19 world cup qualifier 2011 ireland!!!

Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) announced 14 players for the up coming ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup Qualifiers to be held on Ireland from July 28- August 9 on Tuesday.
The players were kept in closed-camp training in Kathmandu from June 6
.
Among the selected players Rupesh Shrivastav, Subendu Pandey and Nischal Pandey are included in the team. These three players were not in the squad that went to play in the ACC U-19 Elite Cup, Thailand where Nepal has finished second in the tournament and qualified for the U-19 World Cup qualifiers losing against Afghanistan.
The squad of Rahul BK, Bhuwan Karki, Subash Khakurel, Avinash Karna, Krishna Karki, Faizlur Rehaman, Rajesh Pulami, Sagar Pun, Pradeep Ayer and Naresh Budhayer will be lead by Prithu Baskota. CAN has also announced four reserve players.
The reserved players are Amrit Shrestha, Amit Shrestha, Amit Dahal and Jeetandra Mukhiya. Chatra Prasad Adhikari is the team manager while Jagat Tamata will be the coach of the team.
Host Ireland will be joined by teams from Afghanistan, Canada, Kenya, Namibia, Nepal, Papua New Guinea (PNG), Scotland, United States of America (USA) and Vanuatu in the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup Qualifier.
The top six sides of the tournament, which will be played from 28 July to 9 August, will qualify for a place at the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup to be held in Australia next year. The 10 ICC Full Members automatically qualify.
